1. Monitoring our cloud network and escalation.2. Installation & maintenance of network devices.3. Configure & managing CISCO router & switch, Huawei switch, EPON(BDCOM), GPON(BDCOM, CDATA), and MikroTik devices.4. IP routing using (BGP, OSPF, and Static Routes) and switching using (STP/VTP/VLAN).5. Monitoring network log and live alarms, signaling link status, and transceiver status for different types of core and transmission nodes.6. Provide technical supports for customers regarding installation, repair, maintenance and integration of new and existing service.7. Communicate with NTTN, Vendor and other local providers.8. Coordinate with field team on solutions to troubleshoot and repair complex circuits and new link readiness, equipment configuration and integration.9. Network fault monitoring and inform the respective team regarding fault issues.10. Daily traffic rate observation.

Troubleshoot client network and for critical issues work jointly with other teams.5. Inform the client thoroughly by mail and call.6. Technical support to the field teams/Operation/Support 1/Support 2 as well as client for connection-related problems over the phone/customer premises.7. Constant monitoring/maintenance of core network performance, log analysis and generate reports weekly.
