From earning a Master of Science in Management of Technology from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) to acquiring postgraduate diplomas in enterprise development and business administration, education has been the cornerstone of my growth. Holding pivotal roles such as Certified Master Trainer in the SIYB Programme of ILO and Director of Entrepreneurship Development Research Center, I've had the privilege to contribute significantly to entrepreneurship development and capacity building. Whether as a Shift Engineer at Power Grid Company of Bangladesh Ltd (PGCB) or directing training initiatives at IDEB Education & Training Institute, I've consistently aimed to leverage my expertise for individual and organizational betterment.
