1. Observe students comfort, happiness, safety, and relationship with peers and assess the satisfactionlevel of students and parents2. Counsel and provide support to students who have serious discipline, emotional, behavioral andlearning problems3. Keep track of students with chronic disciplinary issues, understand their problems and needs andcounsel accordingly4.
