Daily check the machine condition and take quick action as required.05. Support to shift production management.06. Handle mechanical related activists of maintenance Department in shift independently.07. Solve the problem of Utility Section: Boiler, Generator, Wheel Loader, Forklift, Crane and belt conveyor. Brine section: Dissolving Tank, Press Filter, Clarifier and Pump. Process section: All Machinery of Evaporation, Pump, Bed Dryer, Centrifuge Machine, Screw conveyor, Bucket Elevator, Iodine Pump, Balance condenser etc.Packing Section: Packing Machine and Air Compressor and other utility service.08. To communicate with other Department to ensure smooth operation of the plant.09. To ensure all the works are done with proper Safety for both man and machine.
