RESPONSIBILITIES:• To monitoring online production as per SOP & GMP guidelines• To test all parameters of CSD Products during production (Like as- TOA, pH, Acidity, Brix, Gas volume, Torque, SST etc.)• To test all parameters of fruit juices and drinks (Like as- TOA, pH, Acidity, Brix, Viscosity etc.)• To test all parameters of drinking water (Like as- TOA, pH, TDS, Hardness, Alkalinity etc.)• To test all parameters of snacks Products (Like As-Moisture, leak test, PV test etc.)• To mixing all CSD product batches as per approved recipe.• To prepare all types of chemicals that needed to product test(Like as-0.1 N NaCl, 0.1N HCL etc.)• To calibrate machine that use in our laboratory.• I have also test preform & bottle in PPS plant (Like as- Over flash, Short Neck, Long Gate,Thickness, Hazy, Bottle bursting etc.)• I have more experience on ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) plant.• I have maintain & monitoring GMP, GLP, GHP, HACCP, Hygiene in factory as per ISO, BSTI, BFSA requirements.• I have also known about FSMS, FSSC• All types of record keeping as per HACCP Principles & management requirements due to further RCA (Route Cause Analysis).• Attend monthly GMP audit & Inventory.
