ChemFusion is a non-profit organization formed by students studying chemistry and chemistry related subjects in Bangladesh. One of ChemFusion's goals is to equip graduate chemists with problem-solving skills, involve them in research, and encourage them to work on national and global issues, keeping in mind the fourth industrial revolution.I have joined as a campus ambassador for the following reasons.Problem Solving Skills: ChemFusion believes that chemists should not only know theory, but also apply their knowledge of chemistry to solve problems in their daily lives. I will also work as a promoter of this idea.Adding to research: Chemfusion prioritizes research. I will participate in new research projects and encourage others to do the same.National and Global Issues: ChemFusion believes that chemists can play an important role in solving national and global issues. I will take this idea to the public and involve others in this work.Social media promotion: ChemFusion activities will be promoted through social media.Organizing events: I will involve others by organizing different types of events like workshops, seminars, competitions etc.Recruiting New Members: Recruiting new members on ChemFusion.Involvement in Research Projects: Involve myself in research projects and encourage others to do so.Participation in problem solving projects: Participate in projects to apply knowledge of chemistry to solve various problems of society. I got to know this organization through ChemFusion's social media. Due to my interest and competitive interview, the management of ChemFusion selected me as an ambassador.My role as ChemFusion Ambassador is very important. I will help build a community of chemists and harness chemistry for the benefit of society.

Aspire Alumni is a global network of individuals who have accomplished the Aspire programs. These programs are designed to develop leadership and personal and professional skills, foster social entrepreneurship, and promote positive change in individual communities. There are some opportunities for Aspire Alumni, for example, Social Impact Seed Funding(SISF), Community Action Awards, and more.

I developed my personal and professional development through the Aspire Leadership Program. For example, Building Self-confidence/Self-awareness, Developing Critical Thinking, and Communication Skills, Developing Intercultural Competency, creating Your Global Community, and Making a Social Impact. The American Chemical Society (ACS) is a non-profit founded in 1876 and chartered by the U.S. Congress. It is one of the world’s largest scientific organizations. Their mission is to advance the broader chemistry enterprise and its practitioners for the benefit of Earth and all its people. Their vision is to improve all people’s lives through the transforming power of chemistry.

I have had the opportunity to instruct college or A-level students in both online and offline (hybrid) formats. I taught fundamental chemistry topics such as chemical bonding, hybridization, the periodic table, and kinetic theories of gases. Through this experience, I gained knowledge on how to handle people, deliver class lectures, and prepare lecture materials. It also improved my communication skills.I also have experience teaching international A-Level students. I taught the theory of atoms, molecules, and stoichiometry, as well as atomic structure, the periodic table, chemical bonding, and reaction kinetics.I obtained my teaching experience as a chemistry tutor in a tutoring center/Online platform where I taught general chemistry topics including atomic structure and theories, quantum number and electronic configuration, periodic properties, chemical bonding and molecular shape, thermochemistry, chemical and acid-base equilibria, chemical kinetics, electrochemistry, group and organic chemistry for 1000 college and high school students. I have experience in conducting classes for small groups of students, grading their tests, posting their grades, providing them feedback, preparing them for lab experiments, and monitoring their progress.
