Youth Society for Research and Action (YSRA) is (A youth based non-profit research organization)Major Roles:Founded the organization which focuses on promoting research, higher study among the students as well as skill development Formulated the organization’s mission, vision, objectives and constitution Designed a new website and directed the IT team Hired and trained new executives, volunteers and campus ambassadors  Developed various courses and services on research, higher study abroad, language and skill development  Established a mentorship program with overseas Bangladeshi students which focused on Providing guidance and assistance for higher study abroad and scholarships management Maintain networking among Bangladeshi students, Researchers and Academicians living at home and abroad Maintain collaboration with other youth organizations Develop and manage all marketing efforts including social media, email and SMS marketing, cold calling and affiliated marketing through partner organization Oversee the daily operations of all departments Took the organization from about to close to breakeven point by 2020 and one of the leading non-platform specially on research training

Basmah Foundation (A registered NGO in Bangladesh especially working on Rohingya refugees) Project Name: First Aid & Relief for Coronavirus Crisis Total aid was twenty-six-ton rice and lentil, distributed among one thousand families. Major Roles:  Hired about 100+ new volunteers from different areas of Dhaka City  Provided Leadership and Management Training to the volunteers  Planned and monitored whole aid distributing process in Dhaka city  Leaded rapid response team in Dhaka city  Maintained communication with government officials and local leaders  Reported to head office and CEO of Bangladesh American Society of Muslim Aid for Humanity(BASMAH) Inc.  Increased brad awareness in social media  News coverage in online and offline newspapers  Established Basmah foundation’s activities in Dhaka city  Awarded Special honorarium and offered paid employment from CEO, BASMAH Inc.
