Responsible for the delivery of training covering Air C2 planning processes at foundation and advanced levels.

Having completed the Commissioned Warrant Officers Course at the Royal Air Force Collage Cranwell on 24 March 2016, I have now taken on the responsibilities associated within Aerospace Battle Manager specialisation.

Facilitate the delivery of Equality and Diversity training to organisation’s staff in a classroom environment.

Led a small team to develop a method to capture and assess air operations.

Development of a new Air Command and Control course in line with the DSAT process.

Team Leader for Sensors within the Aerospace Battle Management Test and Evaluation Flight, 56 Sqn at Royal Air Force (RAF)

Leading a team in conducting test and evaluation projects within the air defence radar specialisation by: planning; drafting test/trial instructions; arranging and chairing stakeholders meetings; managing and leading multiple projects; drafting trial reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.Have conducted a number of air defence radar trials involving onshore and offshore wind farm developments on behalf of the MoD.

Responsible for managing personal information and safeguarding it from unauthorised access. Additional responsibilities include educating staff on Data Protection requirements and the implementation of organisation’s procedures.

Extensive experience in air command and control systems, including radar management, tactical data link operations and personnel management.

Responsible for the welfare and discipline of over 230 personnel on a deployable Air Command and Control Unit.
