01. To implement Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 and other required Law applicable in the RMG sector.02. To floor visit keep the house keeping up to mark. Always keep the floor ready for 1st party and 3rd party audit & Government authority visits.03. To prepare Policy, rules & regulations as per laws and buyer code of conduct (COC). Maintain compliance related register and send report to concerned authority. 04. To collect and post compliance related Identification signs, risk assessment, Machine Calibration report and Equipment. Distribution PPE and maintain inventory/PPE Register. 05. Conduct internal audit, Prepare Corrective action plan and call management review meeting. 06. Prepare self-assessment and provide required documents to the1st and 3rd party audit.07. To handle 1st and 3rd party audits like BSCI, SEDEX, ICS,WRAP, Higg FEM, FSLM, OEKOTEX, GOTS, GRS, RCS, OCS and buyer COC, prepare Audit CAP. Maintain communication with buying houses & audit farms. 08. Arrange Fire drill (Day & night), Fire training & Fire safety related activity. Flow up firefighting team members and schedule checkup safety equipment. 09. To organize and conduct multi types of training.10. From according to the law and buyer require different types of committees.11. To flow up maternity benefit bills and handling maternity related documents. 12. To flow up recruitment activity, Final settlement, personal file, & bio-metric system etc13. To approve new licenses and license from Government and non-government offices. 14. To draft different types of agreement, official letter, notice, Office order, showcase letter, declaration letter etc. including FIR and General dairy. 15. Monitor and engaged with local purchases & wastage sell. 16. To smooth formation of canteen, Medical, child care center, Transport, Toilet, security etc.17. To ensure proper segregation of handling, storage and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
