In 2013 I have started my professional career at Standard Group as a Social Compliance Officer . I worked at Labib Group & GMS Composite Knitting Ind.Ltd in Managerial Position. Now I am at Team Group as a Manager - HR & Compliance. I am capable of maintaining Compliance & HR related task like Audit Handling, housekeeping, discipline , security , safety , fire fighting operation , administration, risk management, wages & benefits payment handling, Manpower planning, Employees on boarding & off boarding.
