 Managing Medical facility (Utility, Electrical, HVAC, ETP, WTP, Motor, Plumbing and Firefighting system etc.) & Server room power operations & maintenance for 7X24hrs; To planning, design, supervision of works (Installation, Commissioning & Testing); Ensuring smooth operation & maintenance for all power equipment’s; Manage the day-to-day operations of Generator, Sub-station, AVR, HVAC (Chiller, AHU, VRF AC, & Split type AC), On-line UPS, Rectifier, Battery, DC/AC power, Access Control, Motorize door, Fire-Fighting systems, Rodent Control, ETP, WTP, Dehumidifier, Plumbing, FDB, MDB, MCCB, MCB, SPD, PDU/PDF etc. Ensure power and cooling system for IT, Biomedical equipment’s & Facility; Maintain, monitoring of HVAC system by Honeywell & Siemens BMS system; Utility and fuel management; Monitor equipment performance, fault detection, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely maintenance and repairs by minimal cost; Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and enhance equipment lifespan; Implement energy-saving initiatives and technologies to reduce operational costs; Develop and enforce safety protocols for existing equipment and personnel; Collaborate with regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and certifications; Ensure minimal spare for corrective and schedule maintenance for departmental equipment’s; Fault detection, root cause analysis and minimize the outage time; GMP facility maintain; Perform daily health checkup of Power equipment. In addition, submit weekly, daily and monthly report; Monitoring and controlling performance of subcontractor; Perform emergency support at any time; Prepare BOQ, SOW as per requirement; From technical end assist to prepare of SOP, SLA with supplier; Perform Technical evaluate during power service and products purchasing; Finally reporting to management.

Main Responsibilities:• Tacking care whole power system 24/7 @ all Data Center.• To planning, design, supervision of works Core & eNodeB power system. • Ensuring smooth O & M for all power equipment’s i.e. Generator (PG & DG), Sub-station, PFI, HT/LT switchgear, AVR, Air-Conditions (Precision & Normal AC), On-line UPS, Rectifier, Battery, DC/AC power, Access Control, Fire-Fighting systems, MDB, MCCB, MCB, SPD, PDU/PDF etc.• Engineering and design support for operation, maintenance, utility and distribution systems.• Full control and monitoring of BTS and Core Site electricity monthly bill collection and payment procedure.• Weekly, monthly and yearly budget, master planning, cost/man-power estimation, material requisition and resource allocation [internal labor and contractors].• Contingency, procedure development, project development, planning coordination for planned maintenance/operation work to support the reliable and safe operation of the electrical facilities utility systems.• Perform daily health checkup of Power equipment. In addition, submit weekly, daily and monthly report.• Perform emergency support/operation at any time.• Traveling to anywhere as per company requirement.• Coordinating ongoing project with Project Team for any power related issues.• Design/engineering, commissioning and change control activities to maintain associated documentation and payment schedules.• Power vendor enlistment, vendor management and vendor payment process support.• Providing oversight of contactor’s details design activities and review their work product to ensure that companies Electrical Engineering standard are being followed and that good engineering practice is being used. • Prepare BOQ, SOW as per requirement.• From technical end assist to prepare of SOP,SLA with supplier.• Ensure safety and inventory management of power products.• Perform Technical evaluate during power service and products purchasing.• Finally reporting to internal management.

Main Responsibilities:• Responsibilities of whole power system 24/7. • Data center Infrastructure including O & M of whole core power system.• To planning, design, supervision of works (Installation, Commissioning & Testing) Core power system. • Supervise/Perform regular and periodic preventive & corrective maintenance of power, environment & safety equipments (FG, DG, PG, Sub-station, AVR, UPS, Inverter, Rectifier, DC/AC-PDF/PDU, MDB, SDB, SPD, Surge protection switch, Firefighting system, Air-cooler & Access control). • Ensure the stability of all MSC power system and provide urgent on-site support to overcome and minimize downtime. • Ensure proper Fueling of generator Log maintaining and giving requisition of fuel requirement for all MSC sites generator. • Participate in in-house development to automate day to day operational and maintenance work especially in power and environmental related field. • Load calculation, capacity planning, Infrastructure (Existing, Expansion/New data center and POP site). • Root cause analyses and updating all incident report regarding power for all MSC sites. • Follow-up and manage vendor for servicing and trouble shooting of all power and environmental equipment. • Preparing monthly departmental operational budget.• Verify and prepare bills which are submitted by vendor. • Ensure the BOQ, SOW and technical specifications set & assist in the purchasing process with Supply Chain.• Ensure the Inventory, safety and quality of power equipment. Co-ordinate with team, lead and maintain a team. • Eventually maintain record/database for power equipment’s reporting.
