*To identify the HPE support or service contracts that are nearing expiration for EMEA region. Process the renewal or NBQ request received on SFDC.com and evaluate the details of the existing contract, including the type of services covered, support levels, and any special terms or discounts provided.*Connect with the sales team to understand if there have been any changes in their needs, such as upgrades, downgrades, or additional requirements.*Use HPE’s pricing tools or systems (e.g., Hybris, Fiori, SAP (Legacy + S4 Hana) to generate the renewal quote. Adjusting applicable discounts, loyalty benefits, or any negotiated terms that may influence the final quote.*The Sales may request adjustments in pricing, service levels, or contract terms. Review and reissue the quotation based on these discussions. If changes are agreed upon, update the quotation accordingly and seek any necessary internal approvals.*Once the PO is received, the renewal is processed, and the contract is updated in HPE’s systems. Cascade a confirmation to the sales or customer, including the updated contract details, support contacts, and any relevant documentation. *Ensure continued customer satisfaction by providing ongoing support or amendments and checking in periodically to address any issues.

Analysis of pricing and creating quotes for NTT DATA (Dimension DATA).· Proactively quotes renewals 60-90 days in advance of support expiration.· Communicates effectively a clear, concise and professional manner with necessary parties in order to secure the information needed to create the renewal quotes.· Facilitates cross department collaboration to ensure incoming renewals are evaluated for completeness prior to quote completion.· Manages end-to-end responsibility for the maintenance quote from request to quote completion.· Maintains critical knowledge of maintenance offers as well as the computer systems we use to provide quotes that result in profitable sales for the company.· Understands extensively the tools and processes for quoting renewal maintenance.· Manages and coordinates maintenance renewals with applicable vendors.· Works as liaison between maintenance provider on records reconciliation issues o Duplicate or inaccurate Material Codes o Contract Coverage discrepancies o And others as found· Works independently and prioritizes tasks to meet expectations· Ensures sales teams are aware of any manufacturer Services promotions and/or changes in coverage pricing· Attends vendor/distributor calls as needed to discuss renewal quote· Builds and maintains working relationships with customers, team members, vendors, and other departments involved in maintenance.
