- Measure, review and take corrective action in order to ensure that inbound & outbound service quality meets customer requirements and standards- Optimize existing service networks and integrate with the planned country network development and to oversee the efficient management of all customers- Ensure timely and accurate communication of information this affects service quality- Manage and control costs whilst ensuring that operational service standards are continuously met in order to achieve budgets- Ensure costs are regularly reviewed against agreed budget targets- Negotiates the service level agreements require to maintain network integrity- Design, implement, and manage standard operating procedures for operations to increase efficiency, ensure consistency and reduce costs- Monitor and manage operations center network service for the country
