CAREER SUMMARY……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..Presently I am working as an Executive Director (Technical) for the development of 70MW (AC) Grid Tied Solar Power Plant at Ishwardi, Pabna, Bangladesh JVC with Daehan Green Energy Co., Ltd., Korea and Pabna Solar Power Ltd., Bangladesh since 01.04.2022, worked as a Team Leader / Renewable Energy Expert in Nippon Koei Bangladesh Ltd. from 08.12.2021 to 15.03.2022, worked as DGM (Business Development) from 01.12.2015 to 30.04.2021 in MAX Group, worked as AGM (Power Division) from 20.10.2013 to 30.11.2015 in United Group, worked as Sr. Manager and Head of Tender & Solution Dept. from 01.12.2004 to 30.09.2013 in Energypac Power Generation Ltd. and worked as Manager (Project Promotion & Commercial) from 20.01.2000 to 30.11.2004 in Nirman Int. Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and MBA in Marketing, with extensive experience in energy and power sector. I have over 21 (twenty-one) years of professional experience in Power and Energy Sector in Bangladesh especially in Natural Gas, HFO, CCPP, Renewable & Waste Energy both in EPC & IPP on BOO basis project, especially for project development, management and implementation linking with livelihood activities, with core coordination responsibilities to work with different government institutes including line ministries, rural and urban local government authorities, national and international EPC/IPP private sector companies. I have worked for ex-post project evaluation of different kinds of Power/Energy projects funded by different national/international agencies in Bangladesh since 2000. I have conducted survey with the External Evaluator, mainly by supporting information and data gathering from the Executing Agencies, other related parties and beneficiaries through a series of meetings and site surveys. I have vast experiences to understand and make international tendering process to make bid document or proposal preparations. Due to the nature of my previous and present job, I have a very strong relationship with different actors, including local government, development organizations and local government institutes.
