India – EPC 1000 Cr.(Bangladesh)Job Responsibility:* Assist Department Head in all accounting operation.* Preparation of project budget and analysis.* Cash flow preparation – weekly and monthly analysis and reporting.* PL analysis of project and presentation to management.* Quarterly analysis of project revenue and analysis.* Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.* Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.* Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles.* Checking and ensuring day to day transaction int SAP and Tally software* Reconciliation of bank statements & check every payments are made as per the process* Preparing and checking bill of supplier in accordance with site measurements.* Preparing monthly accounting records, financial statements & other reports.* Maintain and reconciliation of statement with general ledger on monthly basis.* Maintain and ensure that the cash book, petty cash book and Cheque register are updated.
