In my current role as Document Controller, I manage the organization and maintenance of essential documents. My responsibilities include creating transmittals for various document types, such as Shop Drawings, As-Built documents, Material submissions, WIRs (Work Inspection Requests), MIRs (Material Inspection Requests), Operation and Maintenance manuals, Training Manuals, Testing & Commissioning documents, and Hand Over documentation. I am also involved in document review, filing, submission, and tracking, along with maintaining official logs such as E1, E2, and TIDP. My goal is to ensure the accuracy and completeness of records while collaborating with internal stakeholders to uphold document security.
