Direct, control and evaluate the operations of Self-Service Terminal, ATM and Card Operations providing several administrative services including ATM Card supervision, ATM Cash Transaction supervision, ATM Replenishment supervision, ATM Account Reconciliation and Dispute Management.Ensure SLA is meticulously maintained through completing tasks within deadlines. Reconcile and administer VISA Net National Switch System transactions, monitor ATM transactions, general ledger and suspense account balance.Maintain and aid in corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures, guided by group standards and central bank.Coordinate and prepare monthly and quarterly submissions for management forums as departmental representative, which helps in noting, evaluating and monitoring department wise performance and standing.Lead and participate in projects relating to product/system solution launch and cost saving initiatives.Supervise and direct staff and team members engaged in providing records management, data security, operational risk administration, quality management, customer service excellence, complaint management, resources planning and other administrative services.Administer on-boarding and training of team members.Administer and manage supplier/vendor relationship, including contract management, third-party agreement, outsourcing arrangement, due diligence, budgeting, revenue management, service bill payment, complaint and performance management.Perform risk assessments, due diligence and governance of third part vendorsManage vendor contract provisions, considerations and service-level agreements.Ensure and monitor business continuity and contingency plan of vendorsPerform vendor risk management through compliance with applicable laws, regulatory guidance and central bank guidance. Cash vault custodianship.In addition, play the role of BIRO (Business Information Risk Officer) ensuring business critical information security and confidentiality.

Maintain relationships with key stakeholders in payroll availing organizations.Assist clients by addressing financial needs and proposing solutions to meet financial objectives.Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.Supervise and oversee a team of financial sales executives.Drive the team of sales executives for growth in loan and credit card business.Promote cross-selling opportunities of the Bank’s products.Meet individual and team sales targets and KPI’s.Open new salary accounts, and offer facilities to automated banking, telephone banking and online banking services.Conduct service campaigns and promotions to deepen the relationship with clients.Review and evaluate loan applicant's creditworthiness.Drive on-boarding of new corporate clients under payroll banking portfolio.
