I come from a background as a Shift Manager, Digital Marketing Consultant, Production Officer and volunteering work assisting with Technical support for different schools where I was able to develop a variety of skills. However, I have always been interested in IT and I am now looking to establish a career in the industry. This interest has led me to recently graduate from an IT Technician Traineeship specialising in troubleshooting hardware and software issues through a series of courses from CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, practical work and official certifications. I'm also looking for the opportunity in data science field. I am a hardworking and loyal employee with excellent problem-solving skills and a drive to succeed.
