• Monitoring the site daily execution of construction team and reviews of daily progress.

• Work involves co-ordination and responsibility for project communication with clients, sub-contractors, and other departments to ensure smooth interfacing activities.
• Monitor fabrication works and installation of piping both underground and above ground at work site, pressure testing. Re-instatement and preservation work.
• Conducting site verification to ensure proper compliance with the project, inclusive of safety and quality control requirements.
• Maintaining of Execution work related Documents, Test Reports, and Field Quality Plans etc.
• verification of the project site in comparison with the approved layout and utilities.
• Execute and manage all installation activities and taking into consideration the different utilization of manpower, machine, material and time.
