● Responsible for Construction of Onshore Oil & gas pipeline and well head related piping facilities as per the project requirement.● Demonstrate commitment consistently by personal participation in HSE activities.● Monitoring of daily site Construction activities Including Material, equipment, pipeline &Piping welding activities, Stringing, Lowering, Holiday Test, Wrapping, Coating, Field Joint Coating etc.● Performing Mechanical Completion (MC) walk-down along with Client and clearing punches for pending works.● Co-ordination with Ops for system walk-down for RFC of piping/pipeline prior to final hand-over.● Follow up for Fabrication status for execution.● Co-ordination with QC for welder qualification, procedure qualification as per project● Check for piping installed as per P & ID, ISO, GA drawings● Ensure implementation of safe working standards, procedure, and other applicable requirements in the projects.● Involved in witnessing hydro testing of Pipeline and Piping systems and check for any leak visually● Ensure projects are executed in line with PDO Specification and Procedure.● Exercising control over manpower and material resources in order to execute the projects within budget, schedule, quality and HSE requirements.● Responsible for handover new flowline/Pipeline and New Well hook up to PDO Operation on time.● Submission and getting approval for As Built.● Preparation of progress report, monthly forehead planning.● Involved in many projects like Fabrication and erection flow line for Oil and Gas wells and project pipelines fabrication and erection and Well head piping fabrication, installation, and testing activities.● Coordinate various N.D.T tests like radiography, magnetic particle test, ultrasonic test etc

● Executing the Fabrication, Installation, Hydrotesting and Commissioning of Plant pipe rack, Above ground, underground, Process Fuel oil piping, Firefighting pipeline CW pipeline.● Mobilization of Site infrastructures. Resource requirement planning & Management.● Monitoring the site daily execution of construction team and reviews of daily progress.● Initiation/coordination for the internal meetings and discuss the key area of concerns and safe work procedures.● Construction, Commissioning & Operation of Plant Fire Fighting System including 50KM piping AG& UG, 4 nos. of Motor driven & 2 Nos. Diesel Engine Driven Hydrant Pumps (Flow = 273 M³/Hr.), 2 nos. Jockey pumps (Flow = 30 M³/Hr.), 1 no. of Motor driven & 1 no. of Diesel Engine driven Booster Pumps (Flow = 137 M³/Hr.), Hydrant system, MVWS, HVWS system, Sprinkler system & Foam system.● Tankage piping, LP piping, HVAC Cooling water line, Equipment piping fabrication & Installation. ● Piping Installation for Oil, Water and Gas wells Flow lines, Trunk lines, Blow down pipes from 2’’ to 16’’.● Recording the entire MOM related to Client/Contractor and site review meetings, follow up on the committed schedules.● Reporting on the backlogs to the higher management and proper follow up with necessary action plan in coordination with Project manager & sub-contractors.● Well organized and capable of meeting deadlines and to work on longer hours.● Conducting walk down and audits on regular basis with contractors and execution● Preparation of Weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly progress reports for client and top management.● Preparation of supply delivery schedule, generating request for procurement and follow-up for delivery.● Monitoring & analyzing the progress of the project & assisting to overcome the issues.● Follow-up with site team for progress as per schedule, track punch list and ensure its closure.

● Work involves co-ordination and responsibility for project communication with clients, sub-contractors, and other departments to ensure smooth interfacing activities.● Monitor fabrication works and installation of piping both underground and above ground at work site, pressure testing. Re-instatement and preservation work.● Conducting site verification to ensure proper compliance with the project, inclusive of safety and quality control requirements.● Maintaining of Execution work related Documents, Test Reports, and Field Quality Plans etc.● verification of the project site in comparison with the approved layout and utilities.● Execute and manage all installation activities and taking into consideration the different utilization of manpower, machine, material and time.● Project and subcontractor invoice preparation.
