To train up subordinates to attend timely for working hard & perfectly to improve factory Qualitydepartment.7. To maintain proper procedure for on time shipment schedule.8. To take necessary step for increasing production with good quality.9. Handling buyer complaints or any major incidents as well as keeping accurate records of Discussion& communication with buyers.10. Have a good strong Technical Knowledge in Quality System & Good Leadership ability to Lead &Motivate the Subordinates.
