Roles & Responsibility: 1. Lead of all functional department ( production, maintenance, quality, SCM, utility, F&A, packing, L&D, EHS, commercial,HR&A) of the factory. 2. Work on continuous improvement of process, energy efficiency, water consumption, waste generation, pollution control, Safety culture, quality of the products, etc. 3. Erection & commissioning of ETP, steel building, pollution control equipment,acid oil plant & degumming section, packing plant,etc. 4. Prepare the feasibility report on proposed plant, business opportunity & market growth, etc. 5. To follow up & up to date of raw materials( CDSO, CPO) processing & finished goods , stock, inventory , dispatch ,etc. 6. To train up all teams ( maintenance , production, quality , HR &A, store & purchase).

O&M - solvent plant, refinery( Rice Bran), mustard oil, Rice milling & EPC projects ( Rice bran & Rice) Job description: Project, Operation & Maintenance 1. Lead maintenance team of preparatory, solvent extraction, Refinery of rice bran oil & rice milling ( par-boiled &,non-par boiled) & mustard oil unit of the existing factory. 2. Work on breakdown maintenance of conveyor, elevator, pelletized machine, conditioner, pellet cooler, drying, cooling section, distillation plant, De-solvetizing toaster, separator (AlFA laval),BOT, de-wax, deodorizer, filtration & utility ( steam, WTP, power) & ETP, etc. 3. Work on continuous improvement ( condensate, water, energy, EHS, yield, loss recovery, etc.) 4. Prepare feasibility reports on other existing factories of rice milling, mustard oil & rice bran oil to know how business opportunity & strenth of the factories. 5. EPC works for rice bran oil ( preparatory, Solvent & refinery) & study on projects works to analyze the drawing, proposals, etc. 6.To co-ordinate projects teams , contractor & consultant. 8. To do commissioning all plants. ***Now I work as mechanical maintenance in-charge of toll units ( Rice Bran Oil ) & Auto Rice Mill as well as project engineer at new project , BOGURA.
