o Sales target setting and split towards field teamo DB, Territory, Area & Region wise daily sales report up gradation (Shipment, IMS, Collection) o Prepare and compile daily & monthly shipment / IMS / Collection plan. o Channel wise growth & de-growth report generate. o Prepare Salary, TA DA and sales incentive for sales team. o Calculating the late attendance and ensure salary deduction as per policy o Maintain Leave calendar o Interpret HR policies, procedures, and standards to new and existing staff o Process all personnel requisition forms, employee training requisition forms and ensure proper approval. o To guide the line managers for conducting performance agreement, review & appraisal appropriately and finally consolidated the performance scores efficiently for review. o To provide information for preparing full & final settlement, Issue staff ID card and update HRIS. o Organize sales training, national meeting and management meeting as well. o Letter drafting related to communication with distributor, internal communication with sales team & documentation. o Settlement of trade promotion claim and damage from distributor. o Strong monitoring on day to day proposed journey plan (PJP) of sales team. o Ensure collection plan from Distributor. o Nationwide outlet wise billing Info follow-up. o Key Account outlet profiling & focused follow up. o Communicating to depot for ensuring delivery
