Prepare a participatory community action plan for the communities to mitigate the climate vulnerability.  Form community-based disaster management committee and organize trainings for their capacity building. The responsibilities cover Research, Publication on Climate Change and Operational Management which are as following: Research: Develop the research methodology and data collection tools as per the direction of the Principal Investigators for the assessment of socio-economic, infrastructural, Health, and environmental vulnerabilities of coastal communities (four selected unions of the coastal area of Bangladesh) to natural extremes (cyclone Sidr and Aila) and climate change. Develop training materials and modules to train the surveyors Coordinate the data collection process Data analysis and research report preparation  Find out the suitable adaptation and mitigation approaches to reduce the vulnerability of coastal people’s livelihood, investment, and income to natural extremes and climate change through research.
