Core Functions:• Operation and maintenance of electrical power systems, including generators, transformers, switchgears, UPS, and distribution panels• O&M, troubleshooting of Substation (33/11 KV), (11KV/.440V), ATS, HT & LT panel, Diesel Generator –kohler-1800KW(8 set) with Auto fuel system• O&M, troubleshooting of HVAC system like Chiller-carrier (2pcs) 1364 KW & (6pcs) 1061.3 KW & Water pump, Air conditioner system, VRV system, CRAH ,TAC, FAU,HRU,FCU• O&M of Power Distribution, Modular UPS (400KVA, 300KVA, 200KVA), Battery testing and replace etc• Operation and maintenance Fire Fighting system, including VESDA, gas detection, alarm system, hydrant &sprinkler system• Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as lubrication, filter changes, and inspections on power and cooling equipment• Identifying and diagnosing electrical and cooling problems and recommending solutions to minimize downtime and reduce costs• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed on power and cooling systems• Shift Handover Process maintained, Developing SOP/MOP/EOP of the Power &HVAC equipment• Developing and implementing maintenance procedures to ensure the reliability and safety of power and cooling systems• Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations related to power and cooling systems• Collaborating with other engineers and technicians to improve system performance and reliability• Providing technical support and training to other team members as neededAccomplishments:• Successfully implemented a preventive maintenance program for the power and cooling systems
