Responsibilities:• Prepare Proforma Invoice (PI) for buyer and issue EXP in Bangladesh Bank Online Export Monitoring System for Export purpose.• Prepare Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Truck Receipt, Delivery Chalan, and Certificate of Origin preparation for invoicing process in Export. Apply for Import and Export permission in Bangladesh Economic Zones Authority (BEZA).• Receive Bill of Lading (BL) from shipping line or agents and check draft BL before process the final BL and work with other issue with shipping line or agent.• Prepare documentation for Certificate of Origin from MCCI/DCCI, GSP from EPB, prepare documents for REX and FDA registration and coordinate with authorized professionals• Maintain required correspondence with international clients and maintain client’s portfolio to support the team to build relationship.• Maintain relationship with buyers through email and phone call and coordinate with C&F agent at the port site.• Prepare documents for export advising banks, prepare documents of SAFTA, and issue PHYTOSANITARY CERTIFICATE at DAE.• Receive Credit Advice from Banks and prepare Bill of Exchange (BOE) accordingly in different Bank Accounts of City Group.• Record LC Opening expenses and Export LC received expenses in ERP, Create PI and Export LC receive in ERP.• Coordinate with logistics and transportation organization and contact with concern person to collect product from factory.

• Plans, manages and coordinates all activities related Procurement Policy for City Economic Zone Limited.• Maintain Scope of Policy (SOP), Procurement create for RFP, RFQ, Fast Track and Spot Purchase Method.• Prepare Proforma Invoice (PI) for buyer and issue EXP for Export purpose in different concern of City Group• Apply for Import and Export permission in Bangladesh Econimic Zones Authority (BEZA).• Industry analysis of existing and future projects on the basis of Export & Import. FMCG industry analysis and efficient solution provide as soon as possible..• Prepare Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Truck Receipt, Delivery Challan, and Certificate of Origin preparation for invoicing process in Export.
