Reporting the project status to management and customer on a regular, weekly & monthly basis.  Coordination with customer & consultant for any changes, scope creep & approvals. Monitoring the project & program against its schedule, milestones, and Objectives.  Coordination with internal resources as well as third parties/vendors to execute the project flawlessly.  Attending phase wise testing/demonstration of the systems and prepare report for project dynamic planning. Visiting customer's office for any urgent approval & clearance of technical as well as financial matter prospective.

Having more than 8 years of experience in Automation, and Various Smart Cities Applications Worked on various Video Management Systems, Intelligent Traffic Management systems (ITMS), E-challan systems, ATCS, Vehicle tracking systems, networks, servers, ICCC. Worked on Building Management Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, and Access Control Systems.
