1) Drawing/Engineering Memo-Study and understand the drawing details on any presence of complexity fabritions.-To ensure full set of drawing been received been received to ease fabrication flow(G.A, assemly,part drawing,etc)-To create Departmental Project Progress Sheet(DPPS) based on the drawing received for monitoring purpose for project.-To study and understand any revisions drawing and Engineering memo issued were captured in fabrication.-To identify any shop modification requisition(SMR) or variation order(VO) need to raise from the revision &engineering memo issued.2)Material-To coordinate and make proper arrangement with planning department for material cutting.-To ensure and follow up with planning department on material availability/collection.-To ensure material cut by planning department as per priority and sequence to ease fabrication flow.-Tracking the day to day cutting activity and update in the DPPS.-Liaise with planning department if any revision or EM issued which 3)Fabrication-To prepare priority list based on site erection sequence given by site representative.-Prepare and planning the fabrication schedule based on site requirement.-Make sure the priority list and fabrication schedule being distribute to supervisor and sub contractor before fabrication start.-To ensure fabrication progress follow priority and schedule given.4) Painting/Galvanising-To prepare a plan for local transport for the fabricated item to paint shop/galvanising-To prepare MT and packing list for supervisor to do the loading arregmnt.-Provide priority and instruction accordingly for painting and galvanising work.5) Delivery-To plan,arrange and coordinate with site personnel for delivery of fabricated items.-To plan,arrge,allocate, resources used for delivery.-Prepare the Delivery order and packing list for the delivery and loading activity and submit one copy to logistic department for custom declaration purpose.
