o Work in project implementation, budget management support, coordination, report writing, and staff management.o Supervise the Nutritional Treatment program of severely and moderately malnourished under 5 children and moderate pregnant and lactating women at Rohingya Refugee Camp, Bangladesh with Ready to use therapeutic food (RUTF), Ready to use supplementary food (RUSF), Wheat soy blend (WSB+, WSB++).o Ensure appropriate referral supervision, monitoring, and follow-up of all the activities in the Outpatient Therapeutic Program (OTP) and Supplementary Feeding Program (SFP), Infant and Young Child Feeding (IYCF) practices, CMAMI, Cooking demonstration, Growth Monitoring and Promotion (GMP) at the center and community level and ensuring that they are running all the activities according to established protocols and standards are given by UNICEF and UNWFP.o Plan and oversee the Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) approach of beneficiaries by implementing nutrition sensitive program.o Prepare monthly target and activities plan for the whole program and ensure the collection and compilation of the daily, weekly, and monthly statistics reports and submission to the Donor.o Work in the Mother Care Group approach and Geriatric nutrition. o Maintain strong coordination and collaboration with all stakeholders and government bodies.o Acting as a camp-14 Nutrition sector focal point & ensure nutrition sector meeting with all nutrition actors.

Duties/Responsibilities: o The OTP Supervisor is responsible for supporting the ongoing project activities in the Outpatient Therapeutic Program (OTP) and Infant and Young Child Feeding in Emergencies (IYCF-E) activities which impact the lives of the Undocumented Myanmar Nationals and results in lasting positive change.o Overseeing management of the OTP and IYCF-E activities and ensure delivery with maximum efficiency and professionalism to bring positive change to the lives of the beneficiaries through providing strategic guidance.o Supporting the OTP team and develop their capacity to deliver high quality of care;Work collaboratively with colleagues to produce and maintain records as well as to ensure advocacy, mainstreaming, M&E and excellence within Concern's work.o Contributing to the process of implementing quality programs and accountability is conceptualized and effectively implemented throughout the project, and at the country programme level.o Enabling a friendly collaborative working culture within the team, actively sharing information and knowledge to enable the team to ensure effective learning and sharing across the organization.o Orientating of team member and other stakeholders in particular the Complaint Response Mechanism (CRM).
