Current*Lithium-ion Cell Manufacturing process, controls, Deal with production orders, resources allocation, inventory control, materials availability in production. Follow-up quality assurance process, ensuring safety and high-quality standards, root cause. Efficient allocation and utilization of resources to use in production. *Operates high-tech machine, troubleshooting, problem-solving, reduces downtime, addressing bottleneck issues. Implementation of 5s, lean, Kaizen, six sigma manufacturing principles. Day to day operations, Data management, reporting, oversee material planning for running inventory. Optimizing production Flows boost productivity. *Provide training and developments guidance to operators. Perform risk analysis and issue permits according to routines. Work proactively with the Maintenace team, actively participate in safety, quality, environment and improvement work according to northvolt routines and legislation, support managers and colleagues in creating a good working environment through inclusion, motivation, engagement, creativity, good communication high ambitions.
