• Act as HRRP District-level information management focal point in housing recovery and reconstruction. Work in coordination with relevant Information Management actors in the districts in maintaining common district level information management tools for data collection, collation, analysis, and dissemination including archiving of baseline, key data sets, key indicators and other tools. • Assist in building and maintaining strong information sharing, communication and dissemination mechanism among partner organizations, local authorities and other humanitarian actors. • Preparation and generation of local level information products, analysis reports, maps, case reports and any other information needs as requested by HRRP national team.

Assist and impart training in UNHCR database applications and other technical user-support services, help supervisor in the modification or preparing various data reports and thereby help in catering ad-hoc data needs of UNHCR Sub-Office Damak, development of forms for data collection and analysis, if requested (cash distribution, Id card distribution). Serve as the focal point in the sub-office for compiling and calculating statistics for resettlement, population figures, indicators, and other standard, annual, periodic and special statistical reports.Proactively act as a focal point for any file management related tasks with regard to census records and resettlement process. Responsible for maintaining proper filing system by ensuring the proper and orderly placement of files so that they are easily accessible in the filing room. Institute and apply proper controls on files and ensure that only authorized persons have access to files. Ensure that all types of files in the filing room are protected from physical damage. Ensure effective file management by continuously updating the filing Spreadsheets database or electronic file tracking system for keeping proper track of physical files. Responsible for entering and ensuring that registration, resettlement and other relevant data mainly related to refugees, asylum seekers and persons of concern to UNHCR into proGres (UNHCR’s global registration database system) Assist in preparing statistics, drafting and compiling on regular basis and when requested, statistical reports on refugees, asylum seekers and UNHCR persons of concern, development of forms for data collection and analysis, help supervisor in maintenance and technical support of databases used in the operation, including planning and overseeing data collection, input and verifications; production of standard and ad hoc reports.
