I have been working at Labaid Diagnostics(Ltd.) . During my period of stay here, I learnt a lot of things. At the very beginning, I learnt calibration of various machines like Dialysis machine,ECG machine, BP monitor, Patient monitor etc. Then I started visiting various branches of this company and started gathering practical knowledge of various diagnostic machines. In general people think that shifting or transferring a machine is so easy. But the thing is not as easy as we think. There are many things to consider while shifting e.g proposal of drawing where which part should be placed, air conditioner placement, safety of the operator as well as the patient. A small fault at the design level can create huge disaster for patient or operator. In the case of CT Scan or X-Ray we have to consider whether the operator is save from radiation. I learnt how to assemble as well as dismentling of machines during my period of staying here. I worked with Ultrasound, Echo, ECG, ETT,Fibroscan and Endoscopy machine. I had to train operators how Fibroscan machine is operated. I learnt how accurate power supply is important for a machine. Both over excess power and low power is harmful for machine. I didn`t have clear idea about earthing,neutral before. While working here I have developed clear concept about these.Most interestingly I had very few idea about multimeter or clamp meter. I have learnt to use this machine here. Moreover I have to interact various types and levels of people. From labor class to very high class. This undoubtedly developed my management and communication skill.
