Duties and responsibilities (From March 2022 to present) To verify the documents uploaded on the system for vehicle registration. Prepare NOC documents. To maintain and monitor the passing status of the vehicles and send them for passing if required. Coordinate with PROs and solve the issues related to registration. Upload and update Mulkiya and Passing reports on the system. To prepare documents for Hayaza Transfer. Make a transfer certificate if the vehicle registration is happening in another Emirates. To maintain proper RTA bills record in the system and files. (From 17th Oct to March 2022) To arrange and monitor all the movements of the vehicles for RTA passing/comprehensive test and Home Delivery or workshop transfer. To check and proceed with pick-up and delivery/Test drive schedules by the sales and preparation department. Ensure all the documents are accurate and ready for delivery or other purposes. Follow the company TAT and make sure all the movements are happening according to that. Upload and update all passing reports on the B2C panel (A company software) and mention them on the EOD. To arrange recovery for the movements, create a gate pass.Admin duties  To request Stationary stuff for office purposes and raise LPO. To inform head office regarding office issues such as transport, Stationeries, Duty schedules, etc.
