Project: EP1 Machine Replacement & Mega Turnaround-2021 Project-QAPCO.Report to Sr. HSE Officer (GSD-QAPCO).• Implementing PMC and Turnaround safety policies, HSE management system, and project specific HSE management plans and ensuring compliance at the site.• Reviewed and verified EPC and Turnaround contractor, subcontractor (s), and vendors suppliers’ safety management system in line with the HSE legislation/regulations, QAPCO HSE standards, and regulatory requirements.• Support to HSE team of QAPCO in line with the HSE plan and procedure to achieve set key performance indicators (KPIs) and other safety objectives.• Assist with Job safety analysis preparation, review, and compliance in the field.• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to QAPCO procedures and measure their performance.• Implement an inspection regime for safety equipment to ensure their proper functionality.• Liaison with Project Contractor, Turnaround Contractor, QAPCO Maintenance, and QAPCO Operation Depts.• Demonstrated strong leadership and supervise a team of Safety Officers/Agents working in their assigned area in the plant during operation, decommissioning, construction, maintenance, commissioning, and pre-start-up safety reviews (PSSR).• Oversight of implementation of the permit-to-work system and ensuring proper control measures are taken prior to commencement of work.• Ensure coordination between various QAPCO divisions, sections, and disciplines during machine replacement (demolition, construction, erection, and installation) project, turnaround execution project, and normal plant operation. • Participate and lead the team in the incident investigations process and share the reports with management.• Facilitate management walkthroughs and daily HSE progress meetings.

Project: Turnaround 2020, Ruwais Refinery East, ADNOC.Report to ISCCO HSE Manager (TAR).• Direct, supervise, and control the activities assigned to HSE officers and technicians at Base Oil Unit and Hydro Skimmer Unit.• Coordinate with TAPD, area operations, and client HSE personnel for the conducting of Task Risk Assessments of Turnaround (TAR).• Evaluate and assess the appropriateness of HSE control measures addressed in the method statement of high-risk activities and get approval from the client. • Coordinating and liaising with TAR planners, operation supervisors, and the client’s HSE staff.• Closely monitoring all high-risk activities in order to ensure zero assets loss and an incident & injury-free workplace.• Conducting a regular inspection of the turnaround area as well as lay down area to capture deviations from approved procedures and reporting to the concerned supervisor for corrective actions.• Ensured all incidents are reported immediately and participated in the investigation to determine the root cause and implement the corrective actions, and share the lesson learned.• Assist, develop, and implement safety awareness communication tools such as orientations, toolbox talks, task instructions, safety meetings, training, and coaching program.

Project: Urban Plaza, Patna, India.Working as a visiting EHS advisor and trainer for Azalfa Buildcon Pvt.Ltd.• Designing and developing a training program on Safety topics (Working at height, excavations, lifting operations, chemicals handling, hot works, and defensive driving).• Conducting classroom and onsite safety training.• Providing advice to site engineers on designing and implementing a safe system of work.• Advise on safety signs (PPE requirements, HSE Policy, Audit report, near-miss/incident report, first aid location, etc.).• Make sure the project follows local legislation and legal safety regulations.

Project: Development Of Terminals 1,2,3 & 4 At KKIA, Riyadh, KSA.Completed: GSE Tunnel- 500 m long tunnel (2 Road & 1 Utility) under Tango Taxi Way between Terminal 4 and 5 with over half million safe men hours without any LTI’s. • Monitoring construction activities at the LNG construction location. • Participation in incident/accident investigation and report writing.• Conducting training to the workers on plant safety, fire safety, electrical safety, working at height safety, chemical handling and manual handling, etc.• Review of WMS submitted by contractors.• Ensuring standard operating procedures are being followed.• Conducting a routine inspection of leakage of the network of pipes, completion of the checklist, ensuring fire safety system is placed, toolbox talks on fire safety to all staff, and monthly fire mock drill. • Coordinating with production engineer to ensure safe operation process.• Assisting and advising production engineers during maintenance work of three-phase oil/gas separator, Glycol Dehydration Unit (GDU), Gas Sweetening Unit (GSU), Gas Scrubber, Compressor, Heater Exchanger, Cooling Towers, and various kinds of valves used in the process plant.• Preparing permit to work for confined space entry and hot works.• Looking after safe transportation of condensate from GGS.• Participation in planning and execution of shutdown/turnaround of plant’s units.• Assisting in the safe isolation of different gas units during the shutdown.• Monitoring of jobs/activities during the shutdown.• Supervising third-party contractors and implementing all safety procedures at the gas gathering station.
