I am excited to share that I have started a new journey at Axonsemi as a Test Engineer! While working as a Physical Design Engineer, I had an opportunity to be engaged in semiconductor chip implementation and optimization in the pre-silicon design stage, and completing tasks related to floorplanning, placement, routing and timing closure as well as other sign off checks to ensure that the end-design is such that it meets the necessary functional and manufacturability objectives. In this new job, I move to a more active role in semiconductor testing which involves expanding my knowledge in the post-silicon phase. Here, I will also be using ATE and learning chip testing procedures in detail. This shift enables me to carry my PD experience with the core principle of testing, offering a more comprehensive view of chip development and manufacturing. I am happy that I will be able to enhance my knowledge of VLSI testing and further develop my skills in both pre-silicon and post-silicon domains. I anticipate a beautiful journey in the VLSI industry!
