Dr Md Kaleem is a good academician with very good teaching skills. He is capable of problem solving in classroom. His previous results and feedback from students fully supports my statements. Apart from that he has proved his administrative capabilities also, whenever he was expected to do so. His Master degree was in the field of Physics; and research work is based on Electromagnetic Reflection and Scattering by Periodic Structures. He has several publications also. Currently he is working as Assistant Professor in JIT, Jahangirabad, Barabanki from last seven years with a total of more than eleven years of teaching experience. He has attended different faculty development programs and had organized some government sponsored program at JIT. Currently beside the academics he is also serving as Academic Coordinator and member of several committees like Internal Quality Assurance Committee (IQAC).
