Responsibilities:• Responsible for placing the bench candidates for multiple clients nationwide.• Posting candidate’s resume on job boards, and tracking the posting status and results.• Marketing the consultant resumes of different skill sets . placing them mainly on C2C basis.• Interaction with Vendors and getting job requirements from them.• Negotiating the rate and billing terms and make sure candidate’s resume is submitted the Implementation partner or End client.• Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews.• Contacting candidates, following-up with candidates and managing.• Manage the recruiting process to meet hiring goals through the use of effective resource management and effective use of Enterprise applicant tracking system.• Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our internal database.• Build strong network of clients for bench placements, gain market intelligence, leverage existing talent pool for referrals and contacts.• Provide reporting and regular status updates to the Account Manager as required.
