• Experience in dealing with visas like, H1B, H4 EAD, H1 Transfers, CPT, OPT, Stem OPT, Day 1 CPT.• Draft and request client and vendor letters depending on petition.• Extensively worked on Petitions like H1B CAP Filing, Extension, and Amendment and also fill I-129.• Coordinating with employees and Attorney & collecting the required documents for H1B Extension, Transfer, Amendment or Green Card Processing.• Maintain PAF for the H1B employees.• Involved in guiding employees in providing correct documents for all petitions.• Collect on boarding documents of consultants and maintain proper collection of their data.• Preparing the I-983's to the OPT Consultants.• Speak with Vendors and maintain good relationships with and also have a call regarding consultants monthly.• Checking the consultant’s documents for completing the E-verify process.• Cross verifying E-verify, i-9 and employment agreement document after E-verify process before uploading it in drive.• Good Knowledge on Candidate BG process and on boarding consultants and proxy’s.• Good Knowledge of Consultant Layers and MSA and PO’s.• Good Knowledge in Documents like I9, E-verify and Employment Agreement and I983 and I797A, I797C and, I94.• Good Knowledge on drafting Itinerary of services, Support Letter, Organization Charts, Vendor Letters, Supervisor Letter, Experience Letters, Loan Letters, Performance Appraisals.
