Analyzing daily order processing report from LOP & LNP.

Job Responsibilities:o Supervise and lead an “Inbound Team” as a Hub Coordinators more than 05 Hubs in Dhaka City.o Prepare a daily, weekly & monthly report and work on this report.o Ensure the delivery status report availability and action on non-delivered products.o Working with backlog data and clean all backlog data within timeline.o Coordination and communication with Customer Service Department.o Managing different units within the operational process and ensuring proper coordination among other departments.o Pick up coordination for customer return product from customer.o Maintaining relationships with the suppliers, vendors & customers.o Manage the team members and track their performances.o Ensure the proper resource allocation for all functions like receiving, picking, packing & returns processing.o Ensure implementation of all new process properly.o Ensure all the required manpower & other resources acquired on time.o Roaster preparation for manpower and roaster implementation.o Ensure all work was done within SLA.
