The operations and special project manager is responsible for maintaining a conduit of communication and oversight between the shared resources of GZERO Media, and it’s umbrella company, Eurasia Group (EG). The manager shapes operational plans and organizes solutions to a variety of business challenges and team needs, asking questions to define requirements and priorities even when needs are initially ambiguous.

The Account Executive role encompasses the management and strategic seasonal buys for independent women's and children's accounts in the Tri-State area. This role focuses on ongoing research into prospective account growth nationally, and the conversion of prospects into active accounts. Maintaining and developing account-brand relations, executing seasonal product knowledge sessions with authorized vendors, and attending regional/national trade shows/brand events are among the crucial responsibilities of the Account Executive.

The Marketing Coordinator is a position responsible for executing on all east coast marketing activities around the Herschel Supply brand with the primary responsibility of focusing on local media relations and event activations. This role is part of the company’s Communications team, working closely with the Events team and reporting to the Communications Manager.Media Relations- Media sample tracking and management within New York City working with PR agency- Initialize regular communication with PR agency and ensure they have up to date samples, catalogues and seeding product.- Provide a key support role for PR and communications strategies as laid out in marketing calendarEvent Coordination- Coordinate events and ensure that Herschel Supply is showing up properly at all local functions including press previews, fashion shows and media events - Attend east coast trade shows as a media representative and manage VIP gifting and external events- Concept and manage annual sample sale with unused samples and gifting product - Source, coordinate and recommend brand-marketing opportunities at retail- Source, coordinate and build rapport with a reliable network of printers, contractors, and other partners for event management- Assist in additional retail and event projects as neededOperations- Manage New York showroom operations and ensure there is working staff to execute on all mandatory needs- Budget management - Track expenses for all event and New York showroom executions- Various administrative duties as requiredLocalized Marketing- Initialize regular communication with east coast sales rep force and identify unique opportunities for seeding, events or sponsorship- Source and coordinate opportunities for Herschel Cares program to donate or participate in local charities - Manage local ambassador program and determine areas for participation with brand

Manage operations and logistics for the agencies east coast branch, with an emphasize on handling preparations for Fashion and Lifestyle Trade shows throughout the country for the brands The NTWRK Agency represents. Assist account executives in keeping sales and marketing materials in order and up to date. Monitor and maintain NY Office and Showroom to brand standards. Coordinate samples inventory from agency brands, and requests from majors and specialty accounts. Organize east coast showroom events, including sample sales and team/brand events.

Provide companion care which enhances the well-being of people living with chronic health conditions or long-term disabilities through one-on-one social engagement. It encompasses clients’ holistic needs, from medication reminders to help with personal organization. For many people, companion care can delay or prevent the need for more advanced long-term care.

Coordinate communication between Sales manager and Logistics team. Assist Sales manager with wholesale order entry and sales presentations. Manage trade-show set-up and breakdown for brand. Maintain showroom and office spaces during seasonal transitions. Coordinate PR sample requests and publication requests. Process accounts payable documentations under Finance Manager. Coordinate task for NY Fashion Shows and Runway presentations.
