Aid in the preparation of financial reporting, as required 17. Approval of handover documentation including as-built drawings, material reports and manuals and ensure proper project close out.

Provide support to the Communities to develop community contract based on community action plans. Ensure proper implementation of basic infrastructures (water supply, sanitation, drainage, footpath, Improve cooking stove, streetlight, community center, Marked shed etc) approved under Settlement Improvement Fund (SIF) contract following guidelines include design, drawing, estimate, site/beneficiary selection, transparent procurement, supervision and monitoring of construction & training on Operation and maintenance system.. Provide technical assistance to communities including support for quality control and contract management.
