During my internship at Air Products India Pvt Ltd, I had the opportunity to work under the guidance of three exceptional mentors: Sankar Ghosh, Chandrashekhar Rathi, and Swapan Mondal. My role involved a range of responsibilities critical to the process industry, with a primary focus on the blue hydrogen project. These responsibilities included:1. Performing basic and hydraulic calculations for the Hyco project.2. Preparing spec sheets and calculation basis for control valves and flow meters in the active project.3. Working on line list preparation for the project.4. Additionally, for my college project, developing P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) and other basic Excel equipment designing.This experience allowed me to deepen my understanding of process industry operations and enhance my technical skills. I'm grateful for the mentorship and the practical knowledge I gained during this period.

I started my internship at HPCL Mumbai on June 17, 2023, till July 17, 2024, marking my first exposure to the real-world working industry. Assigned to the Lube Refinery (LR), I was tasked with designing a heat exchanger. This role has provided me with invaluable hands-on experience, bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application. Additionally, I participated in several industry visits to deepen my understanding of basic concepts and equipment identification. These visits included both theoretical explanations through manuals and physical walkthroughs, enhancing my grasp of how things work in the field.
