Basically taking custodianship of the company`s overall Distribution-Products Delivery/Stock/Inventory & logistics Ensuring supply/distribution of all products of the company all over Bangladesh. Preparing delivery schedule and maintain delivery route plan. Plan and manages Own vehicle,Courier service,Transport operation,customer service. Ensuring availability of transports and manage contracts with supplier to serve entire distribution network and also source the transporters for the same. Development and implementation of standard inventory and distribution management systems. Lead, monitor and supervise all personnel under Inventory and Distribution. Prepares daily report-Order,delivery,pending,party wise report etc. Reporting and informing management from time to time about long unsold products. Maintain overall stock in, stock out, warehouse stock. Monitors products loading advice,delivery challan,gate pass etc. Maintaining stock levels, coordinating logistics of orders and transfers. Tracking of inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock . Plan inventory based on monthly demand plan. Checking distributions related complaints from distributor`s & sales team. Conducting Inventory Audit in addition to Internal Audit Department. Monitoring & supervising, warehouse safety, security & cleanliness.

*Follow-up factory Depot & dealer wise undelivered and communicate with the Distributor. *Analyze factory Depot physical stocks, short excess inventory and take necessary Action. *Supervise factory Store racking, stocking and compliance of FIFO method. *Ensure availability of Products and services by approving contracts and maintaining inventories.*Maintain stock register/ERP products and raw materials.*Maintain stock register/ERP of FG, SFG and recyclable item properly.*Prepare physical inventory of Products with stock register or inventory software.*Check and report all broken, damage, shortage, refurbish able and life expired products for non-confirming product of all business. *Prepare and send Daily reports to Manager.*Check physically stock of store with record.*Maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers .*Making Invoice For Delivery.*Creating distribution schedules and routes to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.*Transport Managing.*Assist in processing credit notes of all Businesses.*Assist in monitoring dues of COD customers..*Assist in monitoring SMS collection of all depots.*Conducting its activities in absence of VAT officer.*Managing of Store All Staff, Drivers, Helper, labors and Security Guard.

1.Responsible for overall distribution,transportation and store management system, order and re-order of goods when necessary, and track the movement of goods/vehicle.2.Distribute as per sales order and receive incoming Products as per challan. 3.Ensure all orders are properly documented and released for pick-up.Managing of transport, Store All Staff, drivers, helper, labors and Security Guard..4.Developing and confirming distribution schedules and vehicle routes.5.Assist to develop modern warehouse and Inventory policies and procedures.6.Prepare Product wise daily and monthly statement and as and when required.7.Maintain FIFO and LIFO.8.Maintain petty cash, Attendance Register, Stock Register and Vehicle Log Book.9.Check mails & SMS and reply.10.Followup factory Depot & dealer wise undelivered and communicate with the distributor.11.Stock maintains with ERP & excel.
