-Responsible for recruitment & selection procedure (Job Circular preparing, CV sorting, primary Screening, -Interview Board preparing, Recruitment approval preparing etc.)-Interviews, prepare short list for final approval-Prepare and execute the process of appointment/offer letter issues.-Help to coordinate the placement of new employees.-Identify the area of talent sourcing to fill the vacant position especially for head hunting, management trainee positions using BD Jobs CV bank, Job posting, LinkedIn, FB & other jobs portals.-Performing a background and reference check.-Conduct orientation & Training sessions.-Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations.-Prepare and implement training budget.-Conduct performance evaluations.-Provide logistical support, course development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements, and cost management.-To be responsible for updating organogram of all units/ departments as and when required.-Assisting line Managers in workforce analysis/ planning.-Assist team leader to deliver HR Strategy & initiatives linking with people, process and systems.-Assist culture change projects throughout the organization to ensure better employee experience.-Assist HOD to ensure all Job Description and Organizational Charts are updated all time.-Assist in develop & implement the HR policies and procedure.-Draft & amendment business travel policy, TA/DA policy, incentive policy.-Analysis companies pay grade, prepare companies pay structure.-Prepare various notes, office orders, and memos in respect of HR operations.-Edit and amend policy drafts as required.-Conducting employee performance appraisal as per requirement.-Conducting Exit Interview of departing staff and with previously resigned employees.-Processing Resignation for final approval.-Preparing clearance & process for approval.-Working with final settlement & PF process.

Job Responsibilities:*Handling monthly payroll and yearly forms for employees.*Assist in monthly payroll processing (salary prepare to disbursement)*Follow up on confirmation records statutory obligations - PF, taxes, gratuity, bonus etc.*Ensure Monthly OT plan & discussion in weekly meeting at factory.*Work with F & A regarding ROI vs. administrative expense cost to company analysis.*Prepare various notes, office orders, and memos in respect of HR operations.*Gather data and produce reports on the qualitative and quantitative analysis.
