• Take part in overall key functions of HR including Talent Acquisition, Compensation Management, HRIS, Talents Development and other People Management related tasks/programs. • Contribute in various HR projects through promoting teamwork.• Carry out administrative duties to ensure smooth operational support.• Coordinate with site office employees and other stakeholders to facilitate implementation of business decision.• Review employees’ performance annually in light of performance management system.
