Started work with all other members of RangSoft ICT Services at newly established Assistance for ICT System Development (AISD), run by ASOD management. We are working to develop ICT System for all other sister concerns of ASOD.

I have worked as System Analyst & Team Leader for the Project Digital School Management System and BONDHON a GD/CASE SMS System of Bangladesh Police at our own ICT firm (RangSoft ICT Services) in Rangpur.Major Achievements• Implemented the Digital School Management System at Police Lines School and College, Rangpur and they have been awarded as the best institution by the Digital Innovation Fair authority, Rangpur for using the software.• Innovative idea of the software has been highly appreciated by all visitors at the Digital Innovation Fair including the honorable chief guest Mr. Md. Nazrul Islam Khan (PS-1 to Honorable Prime Minister). • Developed and Installed the Bondhon Software at Kotwali Thana, Rangpur as Pilot Project and highly appreciated by the higher authority of Bangladesh Police. • Developed the Software On Spot Vehicle Registration Verification System that can help the Traffic Police Authority to verify the authenticity of the Vehicle Papers by sending only a SMS to the BRTA Database server.

I was working as Deputy Director (ICT) from 1st January 2008 to March 2011 (before that I was part time Assistant Director at same organization) at Rangpur Dental College, Rangpur Community Medical College & Rangpur Community Nursing Institute in Rangpur, Bangladesh.Responsibility• Maintain, Analyze and develop the organization’s Information System• Prepare development plans for the organization’s service and quality improvement• Arrange staff training session for customer care development• Prepare project profile to establish ICT Training Center• Assist Director (admin) and Chairperson for whole organization’s Administrative development with the help of ICT (additional responsibility as Deputy Director (Admin))Major Achievements• Successfully developed Staff Attendance Software that can generate absent list and send sms message to reporting higher authority automatically. Integrated Computer, Mobile Device and RFID Card Reader using VB6 and SQL-Server2000.• Successfully developed a SMS Accounts Information system that can send organizations accounts information to the authorized person through mobile SMS request.• Developed websites for both Rangpur Dental College and Rangpur Community Medical College.• Awarded for playing important role for the development of the organization in the year 2010.• In addition with my existing position I was appointed as Deputy Director (Admin) and later on Director (Admin) in Charge of the organization.

I was working as Systems Engineer at K. Ali Commercial Services, TistaOnline (ISP) in Rangpur, Bangladesh.Responsibility: • Manage & Troubleshoot existing ISP networks (includes DNS, DHCP, Mail, and Web Servers). • Installation & Maintenance of VSAT for Telecommunications via Space Satellite. • Problem Analysis, Network monitoring and optimization• Site Survey, Configure, Install and Document network architecture, configure - router, firewalls, ADSL, SDSL, ADSL Multiplexer, Switches, Satellite Modem(Comtech CDM-570/600/700), Satellite Router (iDirect iNFINITY 3100), RCST (ViaSat, LinkStar), Communication Server (Livingstone PortMaster2e), ISM/UNII Band Radio (Motorola Canopy, VIP-WiLan, Ubiquity ) etc. • Assist customers in resolving their service-related problems.• Assist operators and support officers in carrying out their activities of monitoring the network services. • Ensure 24x7x365 availability for customer’s mission critical network services. • Closely work with system/network engineers at Remote NOC and Teleport. • Prepare any types of Technical Documents including Project Proposal. • Project Management.Achievements:• My VSAT Installation Qualification has been appreciated by Internet via Satellite Service Providers. Leadership/Managerial SkillI was the Team Leader of 5 (Five) members for the 4 (Four) VSAT Installation Projects and under my direct supervision and team member’s cooperation made my Projects successful. Regularly 7 (Seven) staffs including Marketing & Support officers were working under my supervision. Since I am the only qualified professional within my organization it was my duty and I could able to transfer my knowledge and skill to my subordinates so that they can perform their day to day tasks with limited supervision. Reason to Leave: Due to not being able to renew the ISP Operator license by the owner, he had to suspend the service for indefinite period.

I was an employee of Venture Gulf Group at Doha, Qatar as Assistant Manager (Telecommunications and Safety Division)Responsibility: My key duty was to assist the Manager in preparation of Tender Documents, Searching different types of Telecom products on the internet according to the requirements of the respective clients, contact with the local & overseas vendors and or manufacturers and day to day office management.
