Duties/Responsibilities:HR Responsibilities:Attending human resource planning meeting.Making company strategy with top management, ensuring HR policy on the basis of Bangladesh labor law,utilizing HR Metrics and analyzing data of turnover, engagement, training & development, productivity and finally making decision with department manager.Operating SCALED HR software, doing organizational development related works, doing KAIZEN meeting for continuous improvement, taking interview & training of new employees, doing internal audit on employees personal file, salary sheet, pay slip, overall administration process & security policy.Administration Responsibilities:Monitoring compliance issue & ensuring healthy working environment, ensuring fire safety inside the organization.Practicing Bangladesh Labor Law inside the factory.Doing risk assessment and ensuing Zero Accident by doing Kiken Yochi Training, making report & presentation as and when required, communication with DEPZ, Police, SB, NSI & other govt. organization as and when required, land phone service related communication with regulatory authority and internal reporting for uninterrupted communication, handling legal documents, handling vendor & their documents, vehicle management , G4S security guards duty roaster & duty checking properly, visitor movement register & visitor card maintain properly, operating access manager application, CCTV management, entry & exit door handle through access control software, visit the factory inside & outside and check all the exit doors and locate any abnormally and unusual situation & making investigation report, securing the YKK asset, monitor the access control & confirm the confidentiality, doing overall 5S related work, handling audit like HRP audit, Safety Patrol Audit, Information Security Management Audit, Integrated Management Audit & supporting audit for their documents requirement, any other task assign by the department manager.

Duties/Responsibilities:HR Responsibilities:Attending Human Resource Planning meeting.Performing manpower planning.Doing recruitment related tasks including interview taking, id card issue, personnel file preparing, recording all data in software, modifying & developing Job descriptions as per the requirement of the organization.Performing everyday HR activities including manpower attendance checking from production floor, maternity file preparing, final settlement, giving training about social compliance practices, analyzing manpower efficiency, taking necessary steps to rectify shortfall and improve efficiency of employees & workers, performance monitoring by 360 degree performance appraisal & preparing performance appraisal sheet on the basis of performance, technical auditing.Administration Responsibilities:doing administration related tasks like preparing bill voucher & fund requisition, observing compliance issue by visiting production floor, ensuring housekeeping inside and outside area of the factory, monitoring kitchen & checking lunch register note book, handling disciplinary issues & counselling inside the factory.Performing buyer management related tasks like, invitation letter writing, on the basis of buyers SOP or Standard Operating Procedure, helping them by giving audit related information.Ensuring all of the factory security related tasks including restricted area monitoring, monitoring security personnel, monitoring & checking incoming and outgoing personnel, checking gate pass register, CCTV checking & reporting, ensuring seven point security system on transportation, arranging security training program about factory security system, security behavior and helping admin manager for giving proper security training.Last but not the least following the instruction which is given by HR & Admin department.

Accounts opening, documents verification of customer, KYC analysis, arranging & attending meetings, ensuring branch administration, doing marketing and overseeing the business of customer with manager, finally doing all the works given by manager.
