• Preparation of SOPs, working out for cleaning schedules and their implementation.production planning as per the sales demand/buyers requirements.coordinate with purchase department to fulfillment of raw material(livestock and packaging material) to achieve production target as per buyers requirements.• Supervise Plant hygiene to ensure implementation of company standards.• Supervision of complete analysis of Raw Material, Packing Material & Finished Product.• Coordinates with Quality technician Team for proper result oriented Microbiological/Chemical /Organoleptic/Routine Sensory evaluation of raw product to finish product as per quality standards.• Managed ISO 22000:2005, activities, including formation of corrective action.• Monitoring adherence to quality systems and comply with HACCP, GMP, FSSAI bodies food safety and quality standards and maintaining requisite documents.• Conduct internal auditing • Timely conduct staff briefing on food hygiene, safety & housekeeping, Evaluate performance of staff.
