I am Md. Maksudur Rahaman, is an aspiring professional with a passion for tourism and hospitality. I hold an MBA and a BBA in Tourism and Hospitality Management from Pabna University of Science and Technology, where I gained solid business knowledge. Currently, I serve as a Research Assistant at the Department of THM, engaging in research projects that contribute to academic growth.I have hands-on experience through an internship at Amari Dhaka and as a Senior Lecturer at UCC, where I nurture students’ skills and foster a positive learning environment. As a Co-founder and Communication Manager at TourBook, I focus on creating exceptional travel experiences.Throughout my journey, I have held leadership roles in various organizations, such as General Secretary at the Rotaract Club of Rupkatha, Vice President of PUST Model United Nations Association, and Creative Director at Youth Alliance-YA. I initiated and established the PUST Tourism and Hospitality Management Association, bridging the gap between faculty and students. Additionally, I served in key roles at Prothom Alo Bondhushava, COIN, and Bangladesh Student Council, contributing to social impact and community engagement.An achievement I’m particularly proud of is securing the 2nd Runner-Up at the National THM Case Competition 2023, hosted by the University of Dhaka. This experience highlighted my problem-solving skills and teamwork, marking a significant milestone for my department.I possess technical expertise in Microsoft Office, GDS (Sabre Red 360), SPSS, and Adobe Creative Suite, alongside basic knowledge of web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress. I’m proficient in content creation, video editing, and design. My communication skills encompass fluency in Bengali, English, and conversational Hindi, with a flair for public speaking and presentations.My interests extend to traveling, music, movies, and voluntary work.
