We mainly focus on technologies that can facilitate Bangladesh’s efforts to achieve sustainable development. In this globalized world we have to utilize the power of technology to bring transformative changes to society as technology can foster economic growth and can improve quality of life of common people. Technology can ensure free flow of information, distribution of different facilities and increase social connectivity. Right information can influence decision making process, availability of different facilities can improve productivity and easy connectivity can spur the growth of business. Realizing immense impact of technology, NeoSTAR Innovation at this moment deals with technologies that can improve scenario of different sectors. We are working with both local and international organizations in order to produce/promote appropriate tech-based solutions to solve problems of health, energy and agriculture sectors. It is evident that our activities have clear alignment with several goals (Goal-1, 2, 3, 7 and 13) of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We sincerely believe that before introduction of any technological solutions it is imperative to exchange knowledge and share information. As a result, we also organize seminar, workshop, conference and release publications to sensitize target groups belong to different sectors.

Provide backstopping support to the PNGOs for better performance from the staff and Community Facilitators in ensuring proper responsible to them. Organize all coordination meeting and workshops with NGOs. Provide ToT to the programme staff on Crop protection and loss minimization. Conduct training for the members of the UZDMC - UDMC on Crop protection - loss minimization. Develop tools and operational guidelines to facilitate the community planning process, gender mainstreaming, DRR and other social development aspects. Support in social mobilization and business development strategies and plans. Coordinate and establish collaboration and maintain regular contact with partners and other relevant stakeholders at regional level. Work with the SaFaL concerned staff and implementing partners to formulate plans after identifying constraints on Gender - Social issues, rights in the community and ensure effective implementation of the plan. Facilitate in developing the community based farmers’ agency and structure. Facilitate in coordination with IFB and the Marine Products Export Development Authority (MPEDA) in formatting the cluster wise producer groups. Awareness creation among the farmers on international market demand, food safety and quality issues. Facilitate the producer groups in strengthening the relationship between the producer groups, supply chain actors and IFB aqua shop. Promote the coordination and network among the farmers, local and national authorities and the supply chain actors. Facilitate in developing the business model to expand the business relations with the market actors.

Undertake survey of livelihood opportunities within project area. Develop skills and capacity to capitalize those market opportunities. Identifying training needs, organize training courses for NGO technical staff on modern technologies, soil health and fertilizer management, bio- village and related issues. Assists implementing partners in organizing technology demonstration program and assist in farmer extension of technologies and monitor field level performance. Develop technology manuals and helps in conducting required training.

Provide training to the relevant personnel of partner organization as well as participant farmers regarding modern crop production technologies, soil health and fertilizer management.
