Cleaning assigned guest rooms according to standards established by the hotel, by making the bed, dusting the room and furniture, replenishing guest room and bath supplies, cleaning the bathroom, vacuuming the carpet.Verifying that all is in proper condition and order of functioning and reporting to the supervisor of any items that need repair in the guest rooms.Cleaning corridors and floor public areas around guest rooms assigned.Proper maintenance of equipment’s and pantriesKeep informed of hotel product and service knowledge in order to answer guest questions.Answer all guest questions / requests in a friendly, timely and caring mannerProvide the turn down service to assigned guest rooms according to standards established by the hotel.Ensure complete understanding in handling housekeeping cleaning chemicals and other equipment to guarantee safety while at work.Maintaining a comfortable environment for all guests in the hotel.

Ensure that all guest rooms, floor corridors are cleaned and well-maintained based on prescribed standards.Ensures cleanliness and maintenance of floor pantries, service area and floor trolleys.Provides turn down service of guest rooms based on standards.Reports to Floor Supervisor repairs, maintenance work required in guest rooms or any discrepancies in room status.Responds to guest requirements and requests.Conducting section linen inventory. Gives regular report to Housekeeping Supervisor regarding rooms not serviced as per instructionCooperation with colleagues and other associates of other departments in a prompt, caring and helpful manner.
